  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  • Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

    It sure is! All hardware is made of stainless steel or plated gold, and everything is nickel free. Some metal charms in the jewelry are made of zinc alloy, which is considered hypoallergenic, but there is a small chance of having a reaction if you're sensitive to zinc. Please always be sure to double check with us before ordering jewelry if you have any concerns!
  • Why isn't "x" on the website? I saw "x" in person at a craft fair!

    While we do sell some of our products online, a lot of what we make we only sell at in-person events. Either the item is unique and we have very small inventory of it, or our artist who sells that item does not want it sold online. We respect the selling decisions of every one of our artists.
  • This is offensive/I think it's inappropriate!

    Our artists have the creative right to express themselves how they want. We do not advertise ourselves to be kid-friendly. If you don't like it, don't buy it.
  • Do you accept custom order requests?

    We sure do! Make sure to contact us through our social medias, or email us at the contact email listed as support!
  • Why don't you accept returns/exchanges?

    All of our artists create unique products that typically can't be reproduced. We post as much clarifying information on each product as we possibly can. It is up to the buyer to make an informed decision on whether they want to buy the product or not.
  • My item broke in transit :( can I get a refund?

    While we make sure to package everything as safely as possible, there is always a small possibility that something might break or get damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us! We do free repairs if it's jewelry, and if it's a woodwork or glass item we will work with you to either repair, replace, or compensate the piece. We do not do refunds or exchanges for other items.
