• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! There will be an additional charge for international orders, which will be displayed on your checkout screen.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you personalize autographs?

  Of course! All prints are hand signed with no personalization by default. If you would like the autograph made out to someone, or an extra note with the autograph, please write your name or request in the order notes. I reserve the right to decline a specific request if it is deemed inappropriate.

• Why are some prints more expensive than others?

  I base my prices on a number of factors: the quality of the photo, the time and resources to create the performance/costume, and the cost to make the print.

• How do I pay for my order? Is my information secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account.

• Something is wrong with my order. Who do I contact?
