• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Order processing times vary. Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping varies between 5 and 20 days. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air, and ground transportation strikes, or delays, nor any extra fees or back-end charges once the package is on its way to you.

• Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations

  Refunds and Exchanges are not permitted. Buyers can contact the seller about any issues with an order. Cancellations of orders are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

• Curvez Clothing

  All Curvez Clothing designs are made to order.

• Customized Items

  Please send us a message with your customization request. The customer must approve all customizations before an order is created.

• Damages and Order Issues

  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
