• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Although the delivery period may take longer as compared to ordering within the US, international orders are still accepted!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What do I do if the item is lost in the mail?

  For larger items such as full-scale props and keychains, if after two weeks the item has not been received, a second prop or keychain can be made and shipped to you for free! Contact me with the information and details can be sorted out :)

• What do I do if the item arrives broken/damaged?

  If it is a keychain that arrived broken, send me an image for verification so that a second one can be sent out for free as a replacement. The same applies to large-scale props; contact me with a photo of the part that is broken, and I will send out the part that is broken for free.
