• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  POD (Print on demand) orders's vary from printer to printer. Averagely most have your item prepared within 5 working days. Transit time can vary on your location and location of he printer. Most printers are USA, UK or China based. Usually you'll wait after it has been shipped up to 10 days. You'll receive a tracking order when shipped. Physical items shipped from Thailand. Usually shipped within 3 working days of order recieved. Average tansit time up to 10 working days. You'll receive a tracking order when shipped.

• Can I cancel, return or request a refund.

  Unfortunately physical items once made and sent can't be re-sold for hygiene reasons plus the shipping costs may have already been paid by us.

• What if I make a mistake on size

  You must check the item description and size chart where appropriate before you order as we can not determine your size

• What about Import tax or VAT

  The buyer is completely responsible for taxes in their own country. We cannot determine taxes and you must check this out before ordering. Our price does not include tax.

• Can I inquire about slight modification to the item

  For POD goods we may well be able to adjust the clour layout on arms, neck etc if you request before ordering. For physical goods we may be able to adjust slightly but if too much of a change we will have to design a new template and re-design for you. If possible we will quote you a new price for a custom order and make a special listing from which you can order. All custom orders if accepted must be be paid before we do any of the work
