How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most international orders from Japan take approximately 3 to 5 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country and the efficiency of the local postal service.

What shipping method do you use? Can I request faster delivery?
All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post with tracking. Shipping is included in the listed price.
If you need faster delivery, EMS (Express Mail Service) is available on request. Please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges will apply for EMS upgrades.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes on my international order?
Yes, when shipping items from Japan to an international destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other fees levied by the destination country or region. Do you offer wholesale pricing or accept wholesale orders?
Thank you for your interest. Please understand that we do not offer wholesale pricing or accept any wholesale orders. Due to the individual, handmade nature of each item and our very limited production capacity, we are unable to accommodate bulk purchases or wholesale requests. We also kindly ask that you refrain from initiating negotiations for wholesale or discounted bulk pricing, as it is not an option we provide. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, absolutely! We're delighted to offer international shipping from Japan to many countries worldwide, not just the US. When placing your order, you'll be able to select your country during checkout if it's one of our supported shipping destinations.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, we do! If you'd like your item gift-wrapped, we offer this service for $5.00 USD per item. Please note that this charge is per item, not per order.
If you wish to add gift wrapping to your purchase, kindly send us a message immediately after placing your order to let us know. We will then send you a separate invoice for the gift wrapping service, which you can pay securely. Once payment is confirmed, we'll carefully wrap your item(s) before shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details and a photo of the defect. We will then guide you through the next steps.
