• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to arrive. International shipping within the EU usually takes around 1 to 2 weeks, international shipping outside of the EU can take up to 3 weeks.

• My order has been damaged or lost by the postal service, what can I do?

  If your order has been lost or damaged during shipment, please contact me so we can work out a replacement. Although I usually replace lost or damaged items, please understand that I am not required to do so. These kinds of cases will be assessed on an individual basis, although they typically lead to a quick, free replacement of the items.

• I accidently stated a wrong address, what can I do?

  Orders placed with incorrect information cannot be altered or replaced once you obtain delivery confirmation. Changes to the name and address can be made immediately after placing your order, as long as the shipping label has not yet been created. Before placing an order, please double-check your details.
