• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We will usually ship your item within 2-3 days of purchase (unless you have ordered a custom order, then we will be in contact with you as to when your item/s will ship) through USPS. Shipment tracking information will be provided when available. ************************************ **Please see our shop announcement (underneath our banner, on the main page) for possible delays or temporary changes in this policy.** ************************************* In both domestic and international shipments, we cannot be responsible for unexpected delays that change your expected delivery date. ************************************* United States: Orders are shipped first class via USPS to destinations in the United States. We are not responsible for "lost" items if you do not choose to purchase insurance. If would like to purchase insurance, require delivery confirmation or need expedited shipping, please contact us for details on additional charges. The postal service quoted shipping times: 5-10 business - first class 2-3 business days - priority 1-2 business days - express ************************************** International shipping: We will ship first-class international outside the US. With this option there is no tracking for your packages and once it leaves our hands and enters customs we CANNOT be responsible.   International shipping: We will ship first-class international outside the US. With this option there is no tracking for your packages and once it leaves our hands and enters customs we CANNOT be responsible. If you would like a more reliable option with tracking please contact us for Priority International or FedEx.
