• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7 and 21 business days.

• What are some tips to keep in mind for my all natural soy candle?

  Burning your All-Natural Soy Candle First of all, soy wax has a memory and should be allowed to achieve a full melt pool on its very first burn. If it is extinguished prior to allowing a full melt pool, all subsequent melt pools will not go past the first one. To create a full melt pool, burn the candle for a minimum of one (1) hour for every inch of its diameter. All future burns should follow the first one's path and melt fully to the sides. And depending on the diameter of the container, those future burns should be no longer than four (4) hours. Just follow the rule for creating a melt pool to calculate the length of time a candle can burn safely.

• Soy versus Paraffin wax

  Soy wax is made from soy beans which are a renewable resource grown right here in the US. Paraffin wax is derived from petroleum. Soy wax burns cleaner and at lower temperatures so they last longer. Paraffin wax burns hotter and is known to contain 11 toxins, several of which are known carcinogens. Since soy wax burns cleaner, it tends to be less irritating to those with allergies or asthma.

• Why does the candle look dry?

  Why does the candle look dry? Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy, and is part of the soy experience! It is not a flaw, and it is strictly unique to pure soy candles. Often times it is called the "bloom." Actually, many customers are concerned if there is not frosting on their soy candles. It is a way that a customer can tell if their candle is really made with pure, all-natural soy wax. Frosting does not affect the scent throw or the burning properties of the candle. You can safely burn a candle with a bloom without worry. Frosting is a particular crystal growth of vegetable oils. It will cause the candle to look dry, which is simply a characteristic of that crystal structure, but has nothing to do with the candle "drying out".

• What is body butter?

  Our body butters are ultra rich incredibly moisturizing natural soy based. They also contain aloe, lanolin and vitamin e to lock in moisture and aid in healing your skin bringing back it's natural beauty. Since they are so rich, a little goes a long way.
