Store FAQ

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Of course! International love mon'. :D I ship priority mail to guarantee that you receive your item in pristine condition. :D If you would like me to ship first class and lower your shipping cost, please contact me. I have more info on first class shipping further down in my FAQ.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All orders are placed via USPS Priority Mail. It cost a little more to ship, but you will have a tracking number and insurance on the item. Most items are made to order so 1-3 days for jewelry, posters are shipped in 1-3 days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  • When Checking out using Pay Pal...

    I know you already put in an address when placing an order, but please make sure you tick the box that says use my Pay Pal ship to address. It just makes things harder on my end, and can delay your order, having to track your information down. :<
  • Personalizing your posters...

    Please let me know if you would like me to sign your poster and personalize it. That said, please keep it clean, because I will not write anything that would make my mother blush. If this does happen my prints will be left with just my signature. If you do not specify, I will leave it clean and blank. :D
  • What happens if I don't get my stuff?

    NOOOOOOO!!! YOU HAD ONE JOB ONE JOB MAILMAN! ONE JOB! ARGHHHHHH!!!!! All joking aside, this happens. I will be checking to make sure that the shipping label was correct. Hopefully it is returned to me in due time, and I can resend it to you. If it's no fault of your own, we will get you another one. (Of course after a few very aggressive phone calls to Mr. Mailman) Part of my shipping cost is aimed to provide tracking numbers for everyone in the US, so this should reduce any errors in the future. International customers, the tracking costs more than the product, and I'm super sorry for that. :<
  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
  • What does "pre-order" mean?

    Pre-ordered items are all made to order. As soon as I receive your order I will put it in my queue of items to make. Once I start on the item it will take 1-3 days to make. I will email you notifying you that your item is in the process of being made. :D Depending on the number of commissions I have at the time will depend on the time process.
  • How is my item shipped?

    All 11 x 17 prints are shipped in a rigid flat envelope. All other prints and art commissions are shipped in a rigid envelope. All jewelry is shipped in a bubble mailer or package.
  • Liz... No offense, but I don't want to pay for priority shipping.

    No offense taken! So my shipping rates are high, and I understand that this might not work out for you. If you would like your product shipped first class, please contact me and we will work it out. If I do ship first class, you will be accepting full responsibility of what ever happens to the package once I drop it off at the post office. I will provide confirmation that the package was shipped. The reason I ship priority in the first place is to ensure without a doubt that your product arrives and if anything happens to it on the way there, it is insured and we both come out happy. :D
