Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we do. We have separate rates for (US) domestic and international. Simply indicate your country when using the PayPal order form to get appropriate shipping rates for international shipments. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. -
How are my items shipped?
Items are packaged safely and shipped vis USPS 1st class for smaller orders, or priority mail for larger orders. -
Do you sell items at discount to retailers?
Yes. Although we prefer retailers order our products from our distributors, we can take orders for wholesale prices for retailers that need to order direct from us for whatever reason. Simply use the contact function for pricing. -
How are payments handled for store items?
We use PayPal for processing all payments. -
