How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Return Policy
OUR POLICY
SHIPPING-
We ship to all 50 states including international-all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. If orders are placed on weekends such as Saturdays and Sundays shipping and arrival times may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow 7-14 days to receive your item.
Please allow 14-30 days to receive our item if you are buying internationally.
RETURNS-
Our goal is that all of our customers are completely happy and satisfied with their order. We take pride in our products we sell and customer service. If you are not happy with your item please contact us WITHIN 72 hours of receiving your item. Please describe the defects and be very detailed. We will work with you to determine if the product should be returned for exchange or refunded.
*Notice-Items that are returned without notice will not be refunded or exchanged!
*Notice-Items must be returned within 7 days from the original purchase date to be eligible for refunds or exchanges!
*Notice-We carefully inspect each item before sending it out.
*Notice-You must pay your own shipping fees we are not responsible for it.
*Notice-Returns with major damage such as ( color faded, Spots on clothing that can not be removed, tears from machine damage or not fully stitched, Item missing pieces) will be cash refundable only.
*Notice-Broken Jewelry are only online exchangeable for the value/price of the item it was brought for. (ex. if you brought an item for $15 you will have a $15 in store credit) In store credit must be used within 7 days.
*Notice-Items with no defects will not be exchanged or refunded.
*Notice-we will refund or exchange items if clothing/jewelry item is wrong size, color or style at our discretion.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS-
Please email us first within 72 hours of receiving the item. DO NOT send the item first it will not be refunded or exchanged.
*Item must be in new, unused, condition
*Free of defects that were caused by the customer
*Packaged in a safe sealed box or shipping envelope
*Please Check the address before you send the item back
*Please make sure you have a tracking number when you send the item and email it to us once you ship it off. This is for our protection and reputation against fraud and your protecting to make sure you sent it to the right address
