If u have a question with an item, a problem with your order or have a problem checking out, please contact us at [email protected] You are not allowed to use pictures and ideas from www.shortyfresh.com without permission.

• Shipping?

  It costs $4.00 to ship. Additional products cost $1.00 per piece to ship. International Shipping Prices: Regular products cost $7.50 to ship. Additional products cost $2.50 per piece to ship. *Note for International Shipments* International shipments may attract fees for duty and taxes depending on your delivery location and order total. These fees are NOT covered by the shipping costs on your order with 'shortyfresh'. You will be responsible for paying these fees to receive your order. What shipping methods are available? We only ship First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
