• PAYMENTS

  All payments are made through Paypal which is secure with buyer protection, so you can pay securely with ease :) Edit: September 2020 - we have begun accepting Stripe (with most major card) payments as well!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship worldwide, and internationally. We typically mail out orders within 1-3 days upon receiving payment. ❥Most orders over $25 (excluding Shipping/Handling) are upgraded to registered mail shipping. Alternatively, you can request for registered mail on orders under $25 or purchase the registered mail link. ❥ Orders ship by regular mail by default. Please request for registered mail (comes with signature confirmation and doorstep delivery) if you wish to track your parcel! ❥ If there has been excess shipping in your order, we will top up with additional squishies (iBloom/Sanrio/San-x, etc if there is enough), or refund excess shipping (if additional squishy options are not available).

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please note the delivery times given by Singapore Post: ❥ Normal mail takes about 5-18 working days for international airmail parcels. ❥ Registered Mail takes about 5-21 business days to arrive, however it can take up to 5 weeks when delayed at customs or during festive season.

• I bought from other stores with UberTiny images - when will I get my items?

  Please note that any images (with ÜberTiny marks) used on ÜberTiny sites are original (i.e. created by ÜberTiny), and reflect actual items that are/were in stock. Any other images from non- ÜberTiny sites are used without permission. When in doubt, please email [email protected]

• Do you supply squishies in bulk?

  Yes, we have special rates for orders in larger quantities. Contact [email protected] with "Bulk order" as a title for more information! We are official distributors of Sanrio/San-x licensed squishy stock, and can supply extremely large orders.

• Squishy Conditions:

  Squishies are soft by nature, and will wear down with repeated use. This is especially so for licensed vintage pieces, which though often are rare and hold collector value, were produced many years ago. Though effort has been taken to store our squishies brand new, in airtight boxes away from the sun, some might contain vintage signs such as age cracks/imperfections. Care note: please handle gently and with love ❤️ ❥ As always, you can always reach us on @ubertiny (Telegram), or email [email protected] should you wish to see the condition of any squishy in your purchase :) Leave a note before checkout with "squishy conditions please!" and your Telegram handle/email so we can get back to you, or contact us via Telegram or email with your order number, we would like to ensure you are fully satisfied before your items are sent ~ (if you have emailed and do not receive an email within 1-3 working days, please check spam folders). ❥ Vintage/Rare squishies are great as collectors' items, and are in some cases tiny/delicate with intricate details and can be damaged with play or repeated stress. (You may of course choose to do anything you wish with them); however do note any damage that occurs after the item has been received and handled is out of our control ~ ❤️‍🩹

• Returns / Exchanges

  All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. ❥ Exclusions: Effort will be taken to ensure all your items are well-protected wherever possible, and arrive in great shape, however in the unlikely case that a mishap occurs, an exception may be made if an item is significantly damaged during shipping. In such a case, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item. We will review the case and work with you on a solution. ❥ Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer's remorse, or if a customer plays with a squishy and wishes to return it after.
