• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can I ask you to modify the products before you ship them to be slightly different?

  Absolutely! Yes, within reason, say- swap out for a different color cord on the necklace, $1.50 or so fee. I do have listings for specifically that, feel free to buy the additional one without asking. It will likely be cheaper for you to have a spare cord, instead of having me swap/replace before shipping, time and effort is money! If you would like a metal extender attached, or a longer piece of cord necklace, different metal findings on the item (change gold clasp to silver)...if you need this extent of edits to your item, there will be a small fee. usually about $3 or less. I will send instructions for the specific situation, make a listing for the customization/commission, and have you purchase that, emails will be from [email protected] If you would like a similar but completely new custom item,(or you like the stone on a piece but want a ring instead of a necklace) I will make a listing for that specifically, (if you purchased it, refund the original purchase,) and have you purchase the custom item before creation. ($18 dollar ready to ship item, needing customization, flat 5$ fee, plus any additional material costs, and my time, added to that, expect about $30 for your total cost to be safe!) also it may take up to 2 weeks to find a solution to your customization. please contact me at [email protected] with any further questions :)

• Are you doing anything earth-thrifty with your products or packaging?

  Some parts are recycled, antique, salvaged beads and such and then turned into other jewelry, and I specialize in earrings. Also the packaging is reusable/ recyclable, you can also email me and specify to use or not use any items in your products

• Why no returns? I don't like the item or it was damaged in shipping and i'd like to send it back.

  I am very lenient on refunds. PLEASE DON'T SEND ME ANYTHING BROKEN -- I WILL CRY. I simply do not wish to deal with post and shipping as much as possible. If I can replace your item, I certainly will, or I will resend it or a similar item. Depending on level of damage and replaceability you may receive a partial refund. Send a few photos of the issue to [email protected] with your order number etc, and I will take care of you. I prefer not to receive damaged items, I'd be too tempted to dip it in resin and make a near indestructible monument of the shipping failures of society, and gift it to my favorite post office. It's unbelievable the silly things I could think of. I just don't have time to worry about serving justice and teaching lessons!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I have never had any orders placed outside the US yet, but I'm sure I can fulfill it as long as the address is correct.
