• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, but given the increased cost of shipping internationally, please be aware shipping prices are a little pricey.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship orders out within the first 2 weeks after you place your order. If you need your item within a specific timeframe, please place your order in advance! Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can I resell your things in my store?

  The items in my store are not for resale.

• Do you accept returns?

  I do not accept returns.

• What if I never received my item?

  Previous patreon rewards are sent first class mail, which may take longer to receive. If 3 weeks have passed since you placed your order and you still have not received your item, please reach out to me at [email protected] and I will arrange a replacement for you. I unfortunately do not do refunds.
