Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we do.
All international orders will be shipped with a tracking number.

What is the difference between purchasing from the marketplace & custom store?
Simply put, our prices are much higher only on the marketplace.
A percentage of each sale made will not go to us.
So we encourage you to please use our custom storefront instead.
The link in your address bar should read kinokotori (dot) storenvy (dot) com.
The custom layout we have will not feature a price range slider. This will tell you if you're on the right page. We apologize if it's a little troublesome.

Payment method?
Please select PayPal as the preferred payment method.
This is to ensure our customers don't incur additional fees on their end.
Paying via credit/debit card may result in extra fees for you, the customer. We do not receive money from additional fees.
Stripe is not supported locally(Singapore).

Shipping method?
For local orders, we offer 2 options:
• Standard post
• Registered, a tracking number will be provided.
All international orders will be shipped with a tracking number.
This is to ensure that you can check on the progress & where your package is so it may arrive safely. We have no control over the package once it leaves Singapore.

How long will it take to receive my order?
• Locally: 5-7 working days
• Internationally: 9-16 working days*
We will ship orders once a week due to personal schedules.
Please note that if either party's country is celebrating a public/national holiday, it may take a day or two for the postal offices to resume business. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post.
*As it is a registered article, it requires an additional 2 days for processing

What if shipping to a certain destination is unavailable?
Postal operations for that country may be delayed or suspended due to natural disasters or internal problems within.
If so, we will drop you an email informing you of the current situation.
We will do our best to give you updates on when we can the delivery possible. Do note it may incur additional charges (speedpost: urgent shipping).
