• Return Policy

  All sales are final, there are no refunds only exchanges. Once payment is submitted, it is considered a final sale. You have 2 days from the confirmed delivery date to contact Andreacloset to exchange an item. If we no longer have your item in stock we will issue you store credit. where you will receive an email of that credit and you will be given 10 business days to use that store credit. In any event your store credit expires you will lose that credit and no refund will be issued. Shipping cost is your responsibility.   1. Do you custom design clothes? No. 2. Can I pre order? Unfortunately no, If we do not an item in stock you will have to wait for availability. 3. Do you offer wholesale? No 4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. 5. Do you sale plus size? Unfortunately not at this time. 6. When will I receive my order? Items will be mailed out 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed and may include extratransit time because of unforeseen delays or your location

• How to use size chart?

  Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to ensure a comfortable fit. Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, holding the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably. Hips: Drape the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, resting the tape comfortably against your body. Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the top of your shoulder to the hem. For strapless dresses, measure from the highest part of the neckline to the hem. For pants and skirts, measure from the top of the waist to the hem. Sleeve: With your arm outstretched, measure from the base of your neck to the end of the sleeve hem to determine where the sleeve length will fall on you. We do our best to include the most accurate details and features of each item in the product descriptions. If we know that an item "run small or big" we will include that in our item description

Every item on our website was hand picked by Ms. Andrea her self to give a taste of style, trend, class and personal needs to every customer. "I've always designed repaired jewelry, made pillows and took something old and made it new ".
