• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Free Standard Domestic Shipping Order Today - Estimated delivery within the USA 4-6 business days Order Today - Estimated delivery outside the USA 1-3 weeks All deliveries are sent from New York using USPS tracked for service for your security and convenience. Any overseas deliveries may be subject to customs delays. We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. • Where do I send my return / exchange?

• How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?

  We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• What payment methods does PANGEA New York accept?

• How do I measure my wrist?

  1. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your PANGEA New York bracelet 2. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0 3. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1.5 cm 4. You can then add or subtract centimeters according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit.

• Will my item look exactly like the one in the picture on your website?

  Since all of our pieces are selected by hand, each stone is an individual bead and may not appear exactly as it does in our example photos.

• How can I place a custom order/estimate?

  If an item is not available on our website, or not available with the particular specifications desired, it must be submitted as a Custom Order request to see if it can be accommodated by us. Depending on the size of your order, we may not be able to produce your product cost-effectively. Estimates usually take approximately 24-48 hours to be processed. It is absolutely necessary to detail all the job specifications in the estimate requested. The easiest way to accomplish this is to look at a similar product on our website, and make sure you include all the information categories (i.e. size, bead size, type of stone, pendant, metal finish, engravings, turnaround, and quantity). Incomplete/incorrect requests are the number one cause for delay for custom estimate requests. Once an estimate has be accepted and quoted, it may be converted into an actual order.
