• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please message us prior to placing your order for exact shipping cost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  ***CURRENT WAIT TIME is 1-2 WEEKS for hairpieces/headbands AND 2-3 WEEKS for crowns and sashes.*** We Ship First Class Mail Without rush processing and delivery, we cannot guarantee anything arriving to you in under 2 weeks from the shipping date. We highly recommend that you purchase a tracking number and Insurance on your package for $5.00 to provide peace of mind and coverage. WE CLAIM NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY! Shipments will only be sent to your verified Paypal address. If you would like an order shipped somewhere else, you need to update your address in Paypal PRIOR to placing your order. If you need your order right away you must purchase Rush Processing and Rush Delivery. For Crowns and Sashes you will also need to contact us prior to placing your order so we can make sure it is possible to meet your needs.

  All of our merchandise is hand crafted once an order is placed and paid for. We highly recommend ordering several weeks in advance! We take great pride in our work and see each piece as a work of art to last generations. We LOVE to create custom orders!! Please message Tiffany on Etsy or at allyabbybowtique [!at] gmail.com to create a custom listing. AT CHECKOUT please indicate size in 'message to seller' box or choose size from the drop down list if provided on listing. If no size is chosen we will ship a headband that fits 12month-tween. **CAUTION: Please remember, hair accessories are NOT toys. They can be potential strangulation or choking hazards. Remove them while napping, sleeping, or unsupervised. Some of the items may contain small parts that could potentially be a chocking hazard. We strongly urge you to please always supervise your little one while they are wearing their accessories. Always make sure to put them away in a safe place out of a toddler's reach when not in use. Ally&Abby Bowtique is not responsible or liable for any injury that may incur while wearing or handling our products.** Every flower is handmade. Due to this, each piece may vary slightly from the one pictured. Some of our pieces are created using vintage fabrics that can not be replicated, however, we strive to make each piece the same or better then the ones photographed. Please do not copy our work! This includes text, photos, and designs. We work very hard to create our own designs. Stealing our work is not only dishonest but also illegal. We do have legal representation and we do take copyright infringement very seriously.
