• Shipping

  Please read carefully before placing an order. All items are made and shipped from United Kingdom to worldwide by Standard MAIL ( NO tracking number, NO insurance cover ) If you want to upgrade the shipment to Tracked and Signed Mail and Express Mail. Please contact me before order, i will upgrade the shipping cost for you. *********************************** I will ship to the address mentioned on your Storenvy receipt. Please double check that your address is correct. I am not responsible for packages being sent to outdated or incorrect address.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Deliveries within 3-5 business days from payment (Except for CUSTOM ORDER). I will contact you to confirm your parcel has been shipped. Delivery time estimations: 3-5 business days : United Kingdom 6-10 business days : most European countries 14-20 business days : USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, S.Africa & Eastern Europe PLEASE NOTE: *The delivery time is provided for Reference Only. It can sometimes take longer during holiday seasons. *International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, slow postal service and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their country.

  Yes sure, I do love to make something special for you. You can also submit the model that you want to, or I can design it for you. Feels free to contact me at anytime.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, sure do! I accept orders from around the world.

• Payment

  I accept payment through Paypal and Stripe. All major credit cards are accepted through Paypal & Stripe. You can also checkout with Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Payment is due at the time of the Purchase. If payment is not completed within 3 days, and i haven't received a response from the buyer, the order will be canceled.
