• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, but currently no tracking is available. Because of this and due to COVID-19 conditions, once the package leaves my hands there's nothing I can do to affect how long the package takes to get to you :( Thank you for understanding! --- NOTICE FOR BUYERS IN COUNTRIES THAT COLLECT VAT: My shop is not currently set up to collect VAT. This means that if you live in a country that requires collection of VAT, you may have to pay it upon receipt of your item. --- Additionally, there are several countries USPS has restricted or limited service to. If you live in one of these countries and attempt to place an order, I may have to cancel and refund it. As of October 1, 2024, that list includes: Afghanistan, Antarctica, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Cuba, Lebanon, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, West Sahara, Yemen.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  In Stock orders: I ship items once a week, usually on Monday. The exact day may vary from week to week depending on my workload - please allow up to 7 days for shipping from the time of your order! Upon shipping, Domestic orders should take 3-7 business days to arrive based on the efficiency of your post office, but can take up to 10. These are sent with tracking, so you can follow the tracking number for updates on your order's status! International shipping delivery times usually vary between 2 and 12 weeks, but the timing may be additionally impacted by COVID-19. --- Preorders: Once the preorder period ends it takes about 7 business days for prints and stickers to get to me, and with packing in shipping, it will take another 5-7 business days Domestic to get from me to you. For charms, it can take up to a month for charms to reach me, so it can take about a month and a half Domestic to get from me to you.
