• How many dryer balls should I use in my dryer?

  Small dryers work well with 3 - 6 dryer balls. Normal dryers work well with 6 - 12 dryer balls. Large dryers work best with 9 - 12 dryer balls. The more balls the faster the drying time.

• How do I store my dryer balls between loads?

  You may leave your dryer balls right in your dryer.

• My dryer balls are pilled, what can I do?

  Just like your fine woolens, you may shave the pills from your dryer balls. The pills will not affect your laundry it is normal for wool to pill.

• Why do your dryer balls only come in one color?

  We strive to keep the product in its natural form to keep it free of chemicals, dyes and other allergins.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
