• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship to the US, Canada, and most international countries. For international orders, please be aware that some customs fees may apply, and you will be responsible for paying them. International orders are shipped First Class and this takes 14-20 business days.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are shipped as soon as payment is received, using USPS 1st Class with Delivery Confirmation (included when applicable). Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What are your shipping rates?

  We offer First Class Service via USPS. US and Puerto Rico orders - $1.99 ($0.10 any additional items) International orders - Different rates apply: Canada $2.50 ($0.50 any additional items) Mexico, Colombia $3.50 ($1.00 any additional items) European Union $3.99 ($1.00 any additional items) Everywhere else $4.99 ($1.00 any additional items) If you need your items sooner, we also offer Priority Shipping via USPS. US and Puerto Rico orders - $4.99 (2 business days) Canada $11.99 (6-10 business days) Mexico, Colombia $12.99 (6-10 business days) European Union and everywhere else $13.99 (6-10 business days)

• And what about insurance?

  Insurance for US and Puerto Rico orders from $0.01 - $100.00, has an additional cost of $2. Only shipments that are insured will be covered from loss or damage. Insurance is optional, but it is strongly suggested that you insure all items. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items if you choose not to insure. For international orders, please be aware that some customs fees may apply, and you will be responsible for paying them. International orders are shipped First Class only (no insurance is available) and this takes 14-20 business days. You may upgrade to Priority Mail International for a total cost of shipping of $15 for all your order, no limit on items.
