Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I am very happy to accept orders from anywhere in the world! -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the digital nature of the cross stitch patterns, I try and send your order to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment. -
Do you accept customised work?
I am very happy to create a pattern from a photograph that is special to you. I am also prepared to alter a current pattern, maybe you need the symbols to be larger or you would prefer a colour chart instead of the black and white one. I have helped customers in the past and am happy to help in the future, so do not hesitate to contact me.
