• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship internationally!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders usually takes 3-5 business days to process and ship. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. When your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you Please Note: Once the postal service receives the package, we can only track your order based on the information received from them and will not be held responsible for damaged or delayed items.. Holidays, natural disasters, and unforeseen circumstances may affect normal delivery times with the postal carrier.

• Can I cancel my order?

  We hate to see you go but if you must, we do except cancellations within an (1) hour of placing your order. After your order is placed we begin processing it to make sure you receive your quality order on time.

• What if I provided the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong item?

  Please email us immediately at [email protected] and we will be happy to get your order on the right track. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
