• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items are usually shipped the weekend of or the weekend following the day you placed your order. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What if my clay charm breaks?

  If the charm breaks after you have received it, you will not be refunded, but you can fix it with some water and pressure and matching acrylic paint.

• How can I request a new product or make a suggestion?

• Can I change the color of the wire from what is pictured for a certain pendant?

  Yes! Just specify in your order what color wire you would like, and that can be arranged for you at no extra cost.

• I've heard you do commissions. How can I work with you to get one?

  Email us at [email protected] to get detailed information on what your specific commission might entail. But yes, we offer commissions for cosplays, wigs, sewing projects, and jewelry. Prices will vary on the cost of materials and how many hours of labor go into the project.
