• Does you shipping come with a tracking number?

  Yes, all of our shipments will come with a tracking number at NO extra charge.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  URGENT ORDER is not accepted, SORRY! Total: Processing Time + Shipping Time. IF you want to change/cancel order, make sure you contact us within 24 hours, otherwise we ship as order, and will not be responsible for change/cancel. Once your order is made, it will be shipped out after 5-7 days processing (not including WEEKEND when we are OFF, sorry). NOTE: Shipping time depends on the destination country and actual shipping condition. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. To US/AU/CA, 7-15 days. To other countries, 10-20 days By USUAL FREE SHIPPING, in NORMAL condition. ▲ Please understand that We Are NOT in CONTROL of the delivery time of your package. ▲ This is in control by the postal officers and custom people of both countries. Because of this, there is a chance your package will experience unexpected delays that are out of our control. ▲ If parcel lost or sent to the wrong address not caused by us, OR return due to wrong address not caused by us, we will not refund or exchange. But we have tracking number for each parcel. We may email you for address confirming before shipping, but it is not a must to us, because storenvy will send you email about order confirming. You shall contact us for changes within 24 hours once the order made. Otherwise, we do ship as you ordered. If package returned to us by unknown reason not related with wrong address, we would refund partially minus cost we paid, or resend with an extra charge of shipping. We will do it best as your request.

• Can you mark my order as low value to avoid high custom fee?

  Of course, leave note if you need. We will try to use EMS or other shipping ways that mostly free from custom charge, and will mark it as a gift as request, BUT we cannot control the final custom tax. Thanks.
