• What are your pieces made out of?

  i work mostly with polymer clay & crystals. often times i may also use glitter and moss but usually i just use polymer clay!

• ☽ hallo fellow magical beings~

  basic info every single item has been handmade with lots of love & a touch of magic! and since each piece is made individually, by hand please note that there may occasionally be some flaws & like items will not be identical~ ♡ ✧ ✧ ✧ ☽ please keep in mind that these items are meant to be decor (unless otherwise stated), and are fragile, and are not toys. ☽ if not treated properly, items may break. ☽ please handle with care. ☽ do not swim or shower while wearing jewelry items, as that may cause damage. ☽ if you have any questions please let me know & i will do my best to help!

• How often are your updates?

  once a month! i work most of my weeks creating new pieces & since i make everything by hand and i typically do not use any molds, they take me a while to create. because of this i have one update each month, though occasionally i may just add new items to the shop without any announcement.

• Do you do customs?

  no, not at the moment. in the future i will be visiting this as a possibility, but that is something i would like to have fully organized beforehand.

• Will you answer questions about working with polymer clay?

  of course! as long as your questions are pertaining to things i already have knowledge in then yes, i am always willing to help, otherwise i strongly advise researching. some great places for finding help relating to polymer clay will be youtube, instagram, tiktok, & of course, our good friend google, but honestly youtube might be your best bet~ ♡

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  no, not at the moment.

• When will my order be shipped?

  your order will usually ship within one week from date of purchase but with the current covid situation, it may take a little longer for items to be shipped, i hope you understand.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  once shipped most domestic orders may take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location & the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  if there are any problems during delivery, i am always happy to help if i am able, however since every single piece i create is made by hand and generally is one of kind, there will be absolutely no refunds, no returns, no replacements, & no exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
