• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items in stock will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is placed. Custom orders may vary, depending on the size of the product and the number of orders I currently have in progress. Scarves and hats may only take 1 to 2 weeks to complete. Blankets typically take 1-2 months. If I have your contact information, I will keep you updated on the status of your order as I work on it. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• When do you require payment for my order?

  Orders for complete, ready-to-ship orders must be paid up front when placing your order. Payments for custom orders $50 or less are due up front before any work on your custom order can begin. Custom orders $50 or higher require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to cover the cost of supplies to begin work on your order. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of your order before any items can be shipped.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I don't accept international orders at this time. However, I am willing to discuss the possibility if you are interested to work out the cost of shipping. Please contact me for specifics.
