• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are an Australian Owned and Based and Ship Worldwide!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Processing orders can take 1-2 business days for ready to ship items. For custom items it will take 1-2 weeks to make depending on order numbers. You will however be updated regularly on the process of your custom order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the shipping type chosen. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Storenvy only allows USD currency, is there a way to pay in my own currency?

  I was always afraid of that, for my non-US customers. But fear not! You can pop on over to my Etsy store where you can shop in your own currency which will make it much easier. If you fellow Aussie kawaii lovers prefer to shop on here instead, I have tried to alter the shipping costs to be as close to the converted currency price as possible, which can be tricky depending on the current exchange rate.
