• How are your Mugs Printed?

  Mugs are printed using a method called dye sublimation. This process helps create vibrant, long-lasting designs that become part of the mug’s surface, not just something that sits on top of it. 1. Design printing: Your design is inkjet-printed onto special transfer paper using dye-sublimation inks. The image is printed in reverse (mirrored). 2. Wrapping the mug: The printed transfer paper is wrapped around the mug so the design is facing inward toward the surface. 3. Heat and pressure application: The mug is placed in a heat press. High temperature and pressure cause the ink to turn into gas and bond with the mug’s special coating. 4. Design becomes permanent: The ink blends into the coating, making the image part of the mug itself. It won’t peel or crack over time. This method results in a smooth, durable finish that can handle everyday use.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Cool Mugs checkout process is powered by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Cool Mugs has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Each product is made to order and can take up to 7 business days to make. Most are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

• What are your shipping rates?

  USA Rates - Shipping time 5-10 days in the USA and 52 countries Mugs are $7.00-$8.49 and $2.50 for each additional mug. • I only received one item from my order, what's happening?

  Sometimes orders may ship out separately because of printing time variations. Don't worry, you will get everything you ordered.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, refunds will not be issued for any other reason. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
