• Will I get a tracking number with my order?

  Yes, you will get a confirmation number via Storenvy once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

• International Orders: Do I have to pay a Customs Fee with my order?

  Depending on dollar amount of your order and the country you live in, maybe. It might be a good idea for you to check in advance so you aren't surprised by fees. It might also be a good idea to see if there is a way you can order in such a way as to minimize the impact of the fees, if any.

• What do I do if I don't receive my order?

  This rarely happens, but sometimes, accidents happen. Sometimes the postal service decides they want to keep your package forever in their system. Or maybe there was an error with the address provided. Or maybe someone decided to be a piece of trash and take your mail for themselves. Whatever the reason may be, let me know and I'll do my best to make sure that you get the prints you ordered.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Sometimes, orders can take a little longer depending on my schedule at the moment, but I pride myself on fast shipping so I will always get prints out as soon as possible.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do! I ship internationally!
