• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Coco Kuma Studios is currently only accepting orders inside of the US but will be available internationally soon!~♥

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Damaged or Lost Goods Policy

  Coco Kuma Studios understands that everything with an order can go perfectly, but can sometimes arrived damaged due to so pacakge neglect. That is why we have a damaged or lost goods policy! If an item arrives damaged to you, please contact Coco Kuma Studios within 15 days of the item(s) arriving to you and include the following information: Date & time you received your item damaged What item(s) have been damaged Photo of damaged item(s) Your name & email address Once you have informed us about your damaged item(s), return the damaged merchandise back to Coco Kuma Studios. Once your package is received by us a replacement of your item will be shipped to you and a 20% coupon will be available to you for any next purchase you make. ♥ Note: The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Note: After the valid 15 day time period has expired Coco Kuma Studios is no longer responsible for refunds, exchanges or discounts for any damaged goods. Note: If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination imputed, you are responsible for paying all re-shipping fees.

• What kind of payment do you accept?

  We except all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account. We do not accept cash through the mail.
