How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. -
How do I take care of my virgin hair?
We recommend the following for proper maintenance of your Virgin Brazilian or Peruvian hair. With proper care your hair will last up to 1 year. It can be washed and worn again. 1. Use a rich shampoo and conditioner made for dry hair 2. Comb and detangle hair before shampooing 3. Gently shampoo the hair in one direction only 4. Support your attachment (weft, braid or fusion) when brushing or combing your hair 5. Sleep with your hair tied up in a net, silk bonnet or scarf Do Not 1. Sleep with your hair wet 2. Pile hair on top of your head to shampoo (this creates tangling) 3. Apply too much conditioner to the attachment -
Do you seal wefts or Ombre hair?
Please let us know if you would like weft sealant (3.00 per bundle) or ombre (7.00 per bundle).
