• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Spain: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Europe: 2 - 4 weeks since delivery. Worldwide: International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can I choose a shipping method with no tracking to save money?

  Unfortunately not, unless you're buying something made only with paper (as prints, stickers or original art). This is due to to new US tariffs regulations. It also affects the rest of the world except Spain because the UPU made some rules about this. Sorry for the inconvenience! If you're from Spain, you can add acrylic or textile products to a certified postcard without problems.

• About pre-orders

  Pre-orders take around 2-3 months to be processed, it doesn't include the shipping time. Why we have to wait so much? First you have to include the time that the pre-order will remain open, then when I send the designs to the manufacturer to make the merch it usually takes around 1-2 months until I recieve it. After that, remember that packing the orders takes its time, and then the order is finally sent.
