How long will it take to receive my order?
● Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch is 3 to 4 days.
● Estimated delivery times
- North America: 6-14 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-12 business days
● Express delivery is 3 to 6 business days.
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but I can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Who is responsible for Customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What to in In case of Shipping Delay?
● If there is a shipping delay and your shipment does not arrive within 10-15 days please contact me.
● Shipments may experience customs-related delays, in that case you might have to get in touch with your Customs office.
● I am always concerned about your package, so will help you out in any way I can.

How and when will I receive Digital downloads?
Once the payment is made, you will receive your digital download files via E-mail.
It will be delivered within 12 hours.

Do I need a Paypal Account to purchase?
Nope. You can pay with a Credit/Debit Card through PayPal Guest Checkout without having a PayPal account.

● Great! Just contact me and I will get back to you with a design brief and quote.
● Please note: Custom orders are time consuming and this will be reflected in their price.

Instruction for Return Shipping
● If you wish to make a return, first please send me a message or E-mail me at
[email protected]
● I strongly recommend that you send the product well packaged and in original condition as the buyer will be responsible for any damage due to loss in value.
● If possible, please provide a tracking number for the return shipment.
● If shipped internationally, mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. Any Customs related charges on returned packages will be buyers responsibility.

● The finished DIY models are not toys and are meant for display only.
● For proper care, keep the model in a dry place with good ventilation.
