• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

• I want to order an item, but it is listed as back order only. What does that mean?

  The option to back order an item is available for products that are out of stock and that we can print or produce. If you back order an item, you will be first in the queue to receive that item once we get it back in stock. Back orders may take up to 30 days to be filled.
