• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How much is shipping?

  Shipping rates depend on the weight and destination of the item(s). Tracking is automatically included in the shipping cost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Terms and Conditions

  Minors: Rillest does not permit or advise any minor to make a purchase on the site. All purchases should be performed by individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are a minor, you will need a parent or legal guardian's permission to make a purchase. Your Pack Shipment: Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the order has shipped, Rillest is not responsible for the item(s). There are no refunds for lost, stolen, or broken items once the order has shipped. Shipping Address: Note that it is your responsibility to ensure the right shipping address is provided. Should a package be returned due to unknown addressee/address, refused, not called for, or address incomplete/ wrong we will have to charge the actual cost of delivery to re-send. Order Update Emails and Spam: In order that you receive updates and any important information we would recommend that you add [email protected] to your "friends" and/or "contacts" address list. If you do not do this there is a chance your spam filter will catch our mails and you will not get important information on your order. Colors: As we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colors, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colors will be exactly as they appear on our website.
