• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are located in the UK but will ship to anywhere in the world.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped orders within the UK should arrive within 3 days. We ship using First Class Royal Mail which aims to have the package arrive the next working day (so 3 days should be a safe guess!) or you can choose to have it sent via Recorded Delivery which has more security as it requires a signature upon delivery. International orders can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to arrive. If it has been over a month and your package hasn't arrived please contact us. We aim to get your package sent out within 3 working days after your order has processed but it can take longer if we have lots of orders (we are a very small company). If there is a significant delay we will contact you.

• Can I request a custom piece?

  If you would like a colour or size of any of our engraved acrylic pieces not on offer that's no problem but will require a longer time and in larger sizes or speciality acrylics a slightly higher price. We can also shorten chains for you or exchange them for a colour you prefer (if we have the kind you want in stock) for no extra charge. If you would like an entirely new custom design we may be able to make it for you but please be aware it would come with a higher charge and possibly a long waiting time, which we would discuss with you on request.
