How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship USPS First Class within 72 hours of payment Monday-Friday unless otherwise specified. Most domestic orders are shipped within the first 24 hours of being placed. All orders will be provided with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been sent out. Shipping dates for US orders exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays. Domestic orders normally take 2-5 days to reach their destination, although sometimes it can be delayed and held up in the post office. I am not responsible for delayed or late orders due to USPS, if you are in need of an order by a specific date please order at least 2 weeks before the date to ensure on time delivery.
International shipment dates take 3-6 business days (excludes Saturdays & Sundays) to process and send out. Unfortunately I cannot print out shipping labels for international packages with the exception of flat rate envelopes which are expensive. I want to keep shipping as low as possible for all my customers- including the ones overseas. Once shipped they can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Absolutely, I ship worldwide! Please allow 3 to 6 business days (Monday- Friday) for international order to be shipped out. Once shipped I will email you your tracking number. Please keep in mind some countries do not scan the customs label on your package, so you may not be able to track it once it leaves the US. If you need signature confirmation for your package or insurance please contact me before placing your order for prices.

All items are shipped out of South Florida.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving your item. I can exchange the item, or provide a full refund of purchase price only once the item is sent back to me in it's original condition. If the item is payed for via paypal I am not responsible for any fees for returns or refunds.
This excludes all CUSTOM MADE and special listing orders. Custom made products and special/reserved listing sales are final.
If you fail to return the item in it's original condition or not contact me in a timely manner from receiving your product I will not refund the purchase price.
Please make sure your address is correct when you purchase. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address with payment. If the address is incorrect and the item is sent back to me, you will need to pay for shipping again. If you choose not to pay for shipping again I will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price once I receive the item back from you in it's original condition.
Damaged, lost, or stolen items during shipment due to USPS is not my responsibility and I will not provide refunds. If you are interested you can purchase insurance with your item, please contact me before purchasing for details.
