• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final unless there is a defect, in which case I would be happy to make the repair and send it back. Any questions, please feel free to ask before ordering. Please contact me should there be a problem with your item. It's my #1 priority to ensure your satisfaction and complete happiness with your new piece of jewelry. If it's not right, I'll do everything I can to fix it!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! Please note AshleiJ Design is not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur. Please also note AshleiJ Design does not offer shipping insurance unless a customer personally requests it. Your items will be securely packaged to help protect it during shipping, however, AshleiJ Design is not liable for any damages caused during shipping. If you prefer to have your item insured, please contact me prior to paying so that you may receive a revised invoice for your purchase.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Most items ship within 5 business days of receiving your payment. Please allow extra time for processing of larger pieces.
