• About Sew Beastly Products

  Hey there! Pleased to meet ya! We believe handmade accessories can be functional, eco-friendly, and fun, too! Our items feature my signature textured ruffle, and all of our fabric scraps are then given a new life in the "Scrap Me Pretty Collection", our greenest collection yet! Sew Beastly products are made from mostly salvaged, repurposed, recycled, and/or organic fabrics. You will also find some designer fabrics as well. Every single one of our items has a thick, middle layer that helps protect your goodies, and... Smile!! This layer is made from recycled plastic bottles. Pretty rad, huh? All items are handmade, machine sewn in a pet free, smoke free studio by me, Citlalli. I will not send an item out if I am not 100% satisfied with it myself. Most items are ready to ship, and current turnaround time for items that are made to order is about 2-3 days. I work as fast as possible to get your order ready, but please remember creativity can't be rushed.

• Sew Beastly & Sustainability:

  -I try to use as many organic, salvaged, recycled, and repurposed fabrics as much as possible. -All fabric scraps are given a new life in the Scrap Me Pretty Collection. -All packaging materials {except for bubble mailers} are made from recycled materials, and are also biodegradable. Yes, even the plastic bag!! -All of our darling tags are made from organic cotton. -All items produced as of 11/10/12 are made with batting/interfacing made from recycled plastic bottles.

  Irving, Tx. A small suburb in Dallas County, Tx.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Do You Make Custom Orders?

  We love custom orders, they are always welcome! Is there a certain color scheme you would like? Do you see a fabric you like but want it in a different design? I would love to make your item "truly yours". Let's bounce some ideas of each other and make it happen. Please remember all custom orders are as individual as the person who orders it. Prices and turnaround times are unique for everyone, which means they will both vary depending on the customization of your product.

  Yes! I offer wholesale pricing. Please contact me so I can send you our form with all the details. I am looking forwards to working with you + your business.

• Shipping Details

  We ship the most cost efficient way: USPS first class, and first class international. It also matches approximate delivery times of other carriers. If you need to rush your order please contact us with any requests. We can make it happen! {You will be responsible for any extra charges} Do you want to insure your shipment? Please contact me before ordering so I can give you an accurate shipping cost. International shoppers: I am doing my best at keeping the rates as low as possible. Please contact me if you require insurance. {you will be responsible for insurance costs}

• How to take care of your items

  Spot cleaning with a gentle soap is recommended for all items. Most items are safe to wash in a wash bag in the delicate cycle of your washing machine. Transfer the wash bag to dryer and dry on low to medium heat. Lightly iron {if necessary}. Items with buttons need to be hand-washed with a gentle soap. Items with salvaged leather need to be spot cleaned only.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  First and foremost, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please understand all sales are final, but I am more than willing to work with you on any issues you may have with your order. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your goodies if there are any issues. Any exchanges or store credit will be given under my discretion. {Thank you for understanding}

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
