• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, please contact us directly as shipping costs can vary greatly depending on what exactly you are purchasing. It is also important to note that our First Class International Mail service via USPS does not have any included insurance and does not allow for us to add any, therefor if you choose to ship via USPS without contacting us first for alternate shipping options, you're releasing us of any liability/responsibility for lost packages through international transit.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Fulfillment is generally made within 2 weeks of receiving your order, but in most cases much sooner. Once packed, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be emailed to you via Storenvy. Domestic orders will arrive anywhere from 2-10 business days (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service), whereas International delivery times can vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All packages are fully insured for domestic orders.

• What shipping services do you use?

  We ship exclusively with USPS and First Class Priority shipping and/or Priority Mail shipping. All prints are insured with USPS for loss or damage.

• Can you replace lost or damaged purchases?

  If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, items are ineligible for free replacement. If loss or damage happens to your item in transit, a full refund can be requested via a USPS insurance claim. If you'd like to file a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can help and provide you with proof of value, purchase, and any other info needed for your claim.

• I received an email stating my item was shipped, but it hasn't arrived yet.

  Due to the pandemic and recent holidays the USPS is taking noticeably taking a considerable amount of extra time to deliver packages beyond their expected delivery dates. While they work to iron out the wrinkles in their system, please have patience and expect some domestic delays to take an extra 14 - 21 days transit time. You can keep an eye on your package's location by checking the tracking number you were provided when your item shipped.

• Why is shipping to Australia so expensive?

  Per the USPS website: The U.S. Postal Service has TEMPORARILY suspended First Class Package International Service (as of September 3, 2021) and Priority Mail International (as of September 17, 2021) delivery to Australia due to carrier issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The only way we're able to ship to Australia is via USPS Priority Express, where the rates are almost triple the rate of First Class & regular Priority.
