• What are your prices in?

  All prices are listed in USD

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Polkadot Cute ships worldwide!!

• How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

  Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 1-2 days for shipping. I do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, U.S. Holidays and convention weekends. I do work another full time job, so sometimes I fall behind in shipping. I try to get everything out as fast as possible, but if you are in a rush please leave a comment in our order or send me an e-mail to let me know and I'll work it out!.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most Domestic orders take around 2-3 days, but this is not the case for everyone. All orders come with tracking so you can track your package and stay up to date by using the tracking number in your e-mail. International packages take between 1-2 weeks. All international orders also include tracking, but may stop tracking once the package has left the US. If you have not received your order in 3 weeks please e-mail me and I will look into it for you.

• When will you restock ______ item?

  I try to restock sold out merch within a month's time, but limited editions and special merch items take longer for my supplies to arrive so they may take longer to restock. Stay up to date by following Polkadot Cute on Facebook/Twitter/Tumblr and Instagram.
