Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Please contact us for returns or exchanges for correct shipping address.
Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced with no shipping cost to you.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
How do I place a custom order?
It is simple! Just tell us what you are looking for and we will send you an invoice with a quote and anticipated completion time. If you wish to proceed with the order simply pay the invoice and I will start your custom order right away. I will then e-mail a picture of your order for your approval before shipping.
