• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. No exceptions. Sale items descriptions sometimes say that the item comes with earrings. SALE ITEMS MAY OR MAY NOT COME WITH THE PAIR OF EARRINGS DESCRIBED IN THE DESCRIPTION.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes , contact me for special arrangements.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you give tracking numbers ?

  Tracking numbers are emailed the day your package is sent.

• What will happen if my package is lost or stolen ?

  All packages are sent with a return address if the package is sent to the wrong address it will be returned back to Stephanie Lians Closet. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us with specific questions about your order.

• NO RETURNS

  We have a NO MONEY BACK policy. Any situation involving shipping may or may not be exchanged for a different item.

• FEES

  All refunds will be issued a 3.5% refund credit card fee. This fee is taken by PayPal.

• Sizing & Measurements

  Some items may have measurements added in the description area if not and you are interested in the measurements feel free to email us for exact measurements or special arrangements.

• Pick up arrangements

  If you live in Miami Florida and would like to pick up your order email us for special arrangements. All orders must be $40 or over. Payments only accepted in exact cash amount or debit/credit card.

• How long after i place my order will it take to receive my shipping confirmation number

  Your shipping confirmation number will be sent 1 to 4 days after your order is placed.

  We are open Monday-Friday all hours of the day.. We are closed for answering emails Saturday & Sunday
