• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery for instructions. All refunds are issued only on Unopened Boxes and all returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase. All returns are returned at your expense. **There is a $10 restocking fee for returnable items. Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable.** If you decide that you need to return an item that was shipped free to you, the shipping costs I incured will be deducted from your refund as well as the restocking fee.**

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! I will gladly ship to the US and Canada for the rates shown. For Global Customers, I must check the type of service and verify that this product is okay to ship into your country before I can calculate a cost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders received weekdays are generally shipped within 1 business day. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped next business day. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
