• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We ask that you make your purchases carefully as all sales are final. It is our top priority to provide our customers with quality pieces that are ready to wear upon arrival. We ensure before packaging that each item is shipped without any damages. For any other return inquiries, please contact us through email at promiseddesigns@yahoo.com for further details. You will have a response within 24-48 hours.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, we don't at the present time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most domestic orders, once shipped, will arrive within 2-5 days. All orders received after 3pm will be processed for next day shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. All shipments include tracking #'s for your convenience. Purchase with confidence!

• How much are the shipping costs?

  Promised Designs offers a flat shipping fee of $3.99 per shipment. No additional fees per item are calculated.

• How do I pay for my order, and is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

• Will the beauty & luster of my jewels last?

  Yes. Although all jewelry, including gold and silver tarnishes too there are several ways to take care of your fashion jewelry. Included in your package with be a "How to Care note". Any additional concerns, feel free to ask!
