• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do not ship to outside of the US at the present time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most domestic orders, once shipped, will arrive within 2-3 days. All orders received after 3pm will be processed for next day shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. All shipments include tracking #'s for your convenience. Purchase with confidence!

• How much are the shipping costs?

  Promised Designs offers FREE shipping on each order placed. Delivery confirmation is included as well for your tracking needs.

• How do I pay for my order, and is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

• How do I care for my jewelry?

  Fashion jewelry can last for several years. So here you'll find some easy-to-follow tips when caring for your fashion jewelry: 1. Keep your jewelry away from the following as much as possible: a. Water, lotion, perfume, or other harsh chemicals b. NEVER wear jewelry in the pool or ocean c. When NOT wearing, keep in a jewelry box or pouch 2. Do not use soap/water or jewelry cleaner to clean your costume jewelry. I recommend that you use Windex® or equivalent. Just spray & rinse under the sink with water & wipe away any excess until dry. 3. ESPECIALLY NEVER USE SILVER JEWELRY CLEANER – it has a mild acid and will ruin your fashion jewelry and strip the finish in seconds!
